Northgate Apartments features three 3-storey buildings with a total of 97 suites, offering one-bedroom, one-bedroom and den, and 2-bedroom, 1 bath suites. These suites offer private balconies/patios.

At Northgate Apartments your rent includes all heat, hot water and electricity! 

All suites are equipped with fridge/freezers, stoves and in-suite laundry. Flooring options include carpet, laminate and vinyl plank.

This building is cat friendly, with up to two cats allowed per suite. A pet deposit/fee applies - please inquire with the leasing team.
